SCJRTC LogoAs one of the oldest affiliate clubs of the
Jack Russell Terrier Club of America (JRTCA), we support the JRTCA mission of preserving, protecting and working the Jack Russell Terrier. Our goal is to bring Southern California Jack Russell Terrier owners information, events and resources to enhance their ownership experience of these amazing little dogs.

Our next Fun Day will be Saturday, July 11 at Canyon RV Park in Anaheim, right off the 91 Freeway at the Gypsum Canyon exit. We will be in a different spot than usual:  Area C, which is where we set up Obedience and Rally at the trial. Click on the “Upcoming Events” tab for more information!

Results for the 2015 Spring Fox Frolic have been posted! You can find the link to them over on the right-hand rail, under the “Recent Posts” heading.

The recent popularity boom of Jack Russells brought about by movies, TV and advertising has also caused an increasing amount of indiscriminate breeding. These two factors combined are leading to an ever-increasing number of Jack Russells coming into Rescue — usually for no other reason than their very nature: They are hunting terriers! Please do your research on this breed; they are not the dog for everyone.
